Angel Gown volunteer seamstresses met for our May gatherings (see below photos).  This month, we worked together on fully lining gowns and making the lapel style vest for little boys.

One of our goals is to make each Angel garment the very best quality that we can.  When a Momma is going to dress her child in just one outfit, we want with all our hearts for it to be beautiful and crafted with much care and detail.  We take our time to carefully place each stitch in order to ensure that these families know we truly care.

I'm so thankful for the lovely ladies that God has placed alongside me for this task, their hearts are so big and full of love and caring.  Their hands are skilled and they are willing and wanting to learn to make each gown better than the one before.  I am truly thankful for them all!

If you live in Brevard County, Florida and would like to volunteer we could certainly use your helping hands! :)

We are in need of seamstresses to create little Angel Gowns.

Please don't be intimidated by the task, if you have knowledge of sewing and know your way around your sewing machine, you can do this.  It is such a joy to create each gown, knowing it will be a precious gift to a hurting family.  You are free to make the Angel Gowns as simple or elaborate as your heart desires.

All patterns are provided to you, and they are very basic and simple to use.  The detail comes from the donated gown you begin with.  Please consider volunteering your time and talent to this worthy cause.

Volunteers work at their own pace in their own home.  If you would like to help, or need for information, please contact us at angelgownsbrevard@yahoo.com
